During my recent one-night stay at the Maxwell, I was pleasantly surprised by the value it offered. Initially booked into a single room, I found myself upgraded to a double, which was a nice touch. The cleanliness stood out, with fresh sheets and a well-maintained toilet, as well as strong water pressure in the hot shower-essential after a long day exploring. The air conditioning, while a bit outdated, did the job. With free bottled water and accessible Wi-Fi, it ticked all the right boxes for comfort and convenience. Located in the city center, it's a short walk from various fast food options like Jollibee and McDonald's, which suited my busy schedule well. The Maxwell strikes a balance between luxury and value, making it a reasonable choice for travelers without breaking the bank. I might consider returning when I'm in the area again.
